I went to the Popopure thrice, and all the visits were nice. I had my picture taken with a maid every time, and they were oh so cute! You can stay as long as you like, and the atmosphere is very inviting. Except for the last time, there were English speaking maids. The first time there was a girl from Germany, the second time the girl was from Russia. But, you can have your picture taken with any of the maids. I always chose a Japanese one, because they are so Kawaii!!

I couldn't find the Maid Cafe anymore at the described place. Google street view still has pictures with their sign and ads but the cafe seems to be no longer there.

WaahHhh!! I'm so excited to hunt down this maid cafe! If my husband lets me!!

I have found a figurine store! its in Ginowan/Urasoe(?) I know its by or in Ginowan! Lol. But anyways! It's called Secret Box. If you get off at the expressway 3 and to the Legion Foster gate, take a left at the big intersection there(there's a lawsons you turn by on the corner) Follow this down until you come to a pedestrian bridge and intersection. Take a left. Follow it for quite some time. Eventually you'll come to a pedestrian bridge and on the right hand side of it you should see a firehouse. keep going! you'll soon come to yet another pedestrian bridge. keep going just a little bit past it and you'll see it on the left side. Its a tiny store! Seriously small! But when you're approaching it the sign above the store is facing you at an angle. Secret Box is in green letters. It's only open from 3pm to i think the guy told me midnight. Not sure about weekends though. He has a case of figurines on the right hand side but most of them aren't for sale so don't bother eyeing up the bandaged and hospital bed rei ayanami figurine! Sorry those are bad directions! It took me forever to find this place!

Manga Souko also has a small area of Figurines, used and new. When I say used I mean they don't come in a box. But have quite a variety. There's one in naha but never been to that one and theres one outside of the Comprehensive park in Okinawa city. マンガ　そうこ　copy and paste that into google maps and you'll find them. the one by comprehensive park is usually the 'a' one by Kitanakagusuku Village and more closely to Kitanakagusuku HS.

Well, there are not so many "anime shops". I just remember going to the animate store, which is on the 4th floor of a corner building just by kokusai-dori, starting on kencho-mae, about halfway to the end of the street, on your left hand.

The store was very well equipped, but apart from the animate store and this maid cafe, I didn't really see anything else.
